What The Heck Is Blooming Tea?
What the heck is blooming tea? I love drinking my tea on hot summer days or when I am cold on a winter’s night. To me, there is nothing more soothing than a nice cup or glass of tea. But, when I was approached with the idea of blooming tea, I had to take a step back.
I did a bit of looking around and found out some things I never knew existed. Apparently, this type of tea is considered to be art. By that I mean, it takes skill. A person who is trained for a minimum of two years, takes tea leaves and forms them into a ball which when placed in boiling water will bloom out.
In producing the art, the artisan hand selects tea leaves to make a savory blend of tea. Then, to construct the “blooming” effect, tea leaves are strung together to make air sacks which make it sprout during steeping. This is a very traditional form of art and is beautiful! Many health experts are now praising the benefits of drinking more tea. Why not have something pleasant to look at also?
It is obvious to all, that many people are now admiring the qualities of drinking tea. The benefits to your over all well-being (statistics show) is quite phenomenal. But, with all this praise there are times when you just want to see a bit of difference so you do not become bored. I know of people who will drink tea for a few weeks, only to become discouraged because it is the same thing day after day.
Tea is filled with antioxidants which have been found to be good for you. Green tea is great to help when you are trying to lose fat. It is good in helping to fight disease. It is very soothing for nervous people. To me the tea has a good taste and I feel lost with out it. As of this time in my life, I know of no one who is allergic to it. So, why would I not want you to enjoy it also.
I started using green tea about six months ago and I love it. It helps with fat burning (which I definitely need), soothes my nerves, and has antioxidants which help my health. I do not mind using anything which will help me feel better. I think most of us want to feel good.
